Fedora EPEL uses RHEL repositories where devtoolset-8 is available right now.
But we are using CentOS repositories, there devtoolset-8 is not yet
avaible despite it was built few months ago
If anyone can have a look on the root.log and tell me which build need
to be done in override, that will help to workaround the issue. (I'm
time limited ... Down to few seconds)
Or one will have to wait for centos to fix the issue.
