ix86 is expanded and plague then builds the package for athlon, i386
i486, i586, i686
(or it specific to the unknown Plague version at RPM Fusion?)

%ix86 was there to ensure we don't build where the kmod is not
applicable.
If we are just on x86 and x86_64 I guess we are fine

But shouldn't Rawhide be built for i586 now, not i386?
I considered that, but then chose i386 as short term fix on purpose, as
sysprof is not the only package that will need a s/i386/i586/.
While at it: Someone needs to sit down and go through all the list of
changes that Fedora works on an check what we need to adjust in RPM
Fusion to follow.

Okay, that still doesn't match the %changelog comment
where you say "excludearch i386". ;-)
Else it's expected. Plague actually evaluates ExclusiveArch (as well as
ExcludeArch) when deciding what archs to build for. That's by design.
It hasn't been changed since Extras era. Order of precendence is:
PlagueBuilder archs, BuildArch, ExclusiveArch
So, prefer ExcludeArch. That's also the Fedora recommendation.
Rule of thumb: Exclude all archs which are known to fail.
