Uhm no, this should be "GPLv2+ and GPLv2".
License field updated (with a comment above the license field, and in the
changelog, indicating which file is GPLv2).
I'll check with upstream regarding making miro-segmenter use the same license
as the rest of Miro, but (a) it's not a blocker for the review, I think (but
anyone wanting to relicense the GPLv2+ portion of Miro to GPLv3 or GPLv3+ would
have to rewrite miro-segmenter), and (b) upstream made the transcoding part of
Miro integrated into miro 4.x, because on Debian/Ubuntu there's ffmpeg-lite
that strips out the problematic codecs (I perfectly understand why the Fedora
maintainer does not want to do this though).
I fixed the Obsolete: tag as well to point to the latest version of Miro
available on Fedora repositories.
