(or RPM Fusion is relevant). Now if this component really needs to be bundled into the mixxx package, you can fetch another archive as Source1 and unpack it. (ideally adding -a 1 to the %setup macro in %prep). It is very much expected that regular buildsys doesn't provide internet access, either fedora or rpmfusion enforce this restriction.
