I'm finally getting the new mythtv release ready to build and I ran
into an issue:

Yep, I will warn you when the build succeeded so you can requeue.
My point here is: you may build on F18 , don't stop by a broken rawhide,
but we should commit in devel first , to keep cvs devel with all
history ...

Btw there is still the workaround to BuildRequires the
phonon-gstreamer-backend.

Hmm... I'm trying to figure out what exactly is pulling in vlc-core...
I tried removing it on my system and it only added vlc and npapi-vlc.
