I am Roy Rankin and I have been a Fedora packager since early 2009. Currently I am a packager for gpsim, gputils, sdcc, gtk+extra and denmo in Fedora. I am also a developer and the de facto release manager for gpsim which is a simulator for Microchip PIC devices. I have submitted a review request for rpmfusion nonfree for sdcc-nofree bugzilla #4105. Sdcc has files with a nonfree license because they are based of files from Microchip which have a restriction that their use is for Microchip devices only. The package sdcc-nonfree is to package the nonfree part of sdcc which is not allowed in Fedora.
