Proven to work with vanilla Kodi 19 from RPMFusion (after a simple Kodi restart). This package is essential for iPhone and Mac users that store their photos on Fedora servers and use Kodi to browse and display them. HEIF/HEIC is a new image and photo format much more efficient and flexible than old JPEG. This should build out of the box on newer Kodi/Fedora too with minor obvious tweaks to SPEC file.
