There is at least one related bug report in bugzilla.
I've mentioned tons of times that mock on the builders should be configured
with metadata_expire=0 for the plague-results repo. Somebody in control of
the builders please check that. Finally.
The plague-results (aka "needsign") repo metadata are updated after every
build job. Packages signed and moved into the repos remain in the needsign
repo for two days. Then they get pruned, and the metadata are updated again.
The buildsys-build-rpmfusion package was built and pushed on Oct 7th:
http://buildsys.rpmfusion.org/build-status/job.psp?uid=10361
http://lists.rpmfusion.org/pipermail/rpmfusion-developers/2011-October/010406.html
A mock builder still expecting to find it in the needsign repo is using
a heavily out-of-date metadata cache.
I'm pretty sure that's already the case on jarod builder.
It seem the problem is on the infra on the directory ownership side.
The original repodata isn't updated by the push script but can be by a
new built (that doesn't rely on a package that can be available in
plague-result).
