should i rebuild my packages against librtmp-2.4-1.20131205.gitdc76f0a.fc20.x86_64
or will this soname-breakage reverted?

This is not our ffmpeg package, the librtpm was disabled there on purpose.

That been said, others packages are affected by the librtpm bump and there is indeed a rebuilt been done.
I will push the packages ASAP. This is coordinated by the maintainer.
