OK I built it for Fedora 21
if you don't want wait to push to updates-testing you can test it with:
yum
--tmprepo=http://buildsys.rpmfusion.org/plague-results/fedora-21-rpmfusion_free/repodata/repomd.xml
install smplayer --nogpg
Many thanks to bring this to my attention, we got a new doc
file /usr/share/doc/smplayer-14.9.0.6690/Notes_about_mpv.txt
if no problems appears I will submit to F20 in next days ...

On main download site (
http://smplayer.sourceforge.net/en/downloads
) is
version 6690 (source codes). In openSUSE is this version in normal repository
and this version normaly works without problems (is tested).
So yes, this one works with mpv, but I am not sure, why is this in Unstable
folder.
Thanks for your quick respond.
