Testers for ffmpeg update to 3.1.x in f24

Since we have updated ffmpeg from 3.0x to 3.1x in f24, please test and report any regression dnf update --enablerepo=rpmfusion-free-updates-testing --refresh There is a mpv, mplayer, live555 and vlc update along.
