Presumably because all the patents on MP3 have expired it appears to
have been added to EPEL. As such it should probably be removed from RPM Fusion. The
version in EPEL is newer so it gets installed in preference anyway, but still.
The lame package was untagged from our buildsys, It will be removed
from the repository on the next push.
