vlc 3.0.0-0.1.fc24 works for me. 3.0.0-0.15 does not.

Initially I thought that it was failing to find my DVD in a catalogue.
That doesn't seem to be what's wrong. Both versions complain about
BDMV. The downgraded version reports core/chain filter errors with 'too
high level of recursion' in the menu but does then follow the menu and
play. 0.15 'fails to authenticate' and segfaults.
