I cannot access the rpmfusion directory:

download repomd.xml: Cannot download repodata/repomd.xml: All mirrors were
tried, disabling.
Is it normal?
For some reason, you have the rpmfusion-free-23-updates repository enabled
instead of the updates-testing one, we are stil at the pre-release layout
for internal reason, but end-users shoudn't worry
try to re-install the correct rpmfusion-free-release rpm as per the
configuration page
