I've checked with yum (but sometimes I'm hit with mirrors being out of date) and also by looking at: http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/updates/20/x86_64/repoview/index.html

I don't know why but I only see them in rpmfusion-nonfree-updates-testing.. They are fairly new but it's been several weeks.
