Can't install gstreamer1-plugins-ugly.i686 on Fedora 23

Hello, $ sudo dnf install gstreamer1-plugins-ugly.i686 Last metadata expiration check: 0:12:37 ago on Tue May 31 10:06:59 2016. Error: nothing provides libx264.so.142 needed by gstreamer1-plugins-ugly-1.4.5-1.fc22.i686 gstreamer1-plugins-ugly.x86_64 is 1.6.3 in repo, but why i686 was stuck in the old version? I opened bug report 4060[1], but got no response yet. A wine bug seems to be blocked by it[2] Thank you.
