I sent this in yesterday and since that time I have experienced rpmfusion non-free breakdown and when I tried the command in my terminal dnf clean packages nothing happened. What is going on?

Just do,

dnf --enablerepo rpmfusion-nonfree-updates-testing update

and it will work out.
