.26 fixes

Any chance we could get an updated .26 fixes on f17? Seems like they've fixed the problems with jittery playback. Short of that would someone like to write up a step by step on how to compile our own via git taking into account no knowledge at all on how to do it. It seems like if you don't use mythbuntu it's getting harder and harder to get a working version. Probably tired of doing it after all these years, I imagine it is time consuming. rick
