It also appears the SELinux policy for mpd is maintained as part of the Fedora SELinux policy. I will need to file a bug against the Fedora policy instead of the rpmfusion package.

From reading RHBZ #1121448, it looks like Ankur intended to implement
this in the RPM Fusion mpd package, and it's possible that he didn't
want to implement it for F21, or that he got too busy, etc.

Please file a bug against mpd in bugzilla.rpmfusion.org - it's the
best way to get in contact with the package maintainer.
