Is this still an issue? I am running F23, and can upgrade to the
4.6.4-201.fc23 kernel, but am concerned about killing nvidia if I do
so (I am currently running the 4.5.7-200.fc23.x86_64 kernel).

Is update in F23 , check if it is mirrors, I got some reports that end
up on an mirror not updated.
