I'd have to point out that RHEL7 (and therefore CentOS 7) contains IPA server by default:

The RHEL 7.2 DVD contains:

ipa-server-4.2.0-15.el7.x86_64.rpm

Red Hat have a guide for installing IPA, which they refer to as an IdM Server:

https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/7/html/Linux_Domain_Identity_Authentication_and_Policy_Guide/installing-ipa.html
