Hi Richard (and others): You may have seen some of the barrage of posts
I've put up during the last week following my multi-component system
changes. I now have MythTV 0.26 from rpmfusion installed under
ScientificLinux6.4 and Fedora 17, and in most respects they work very
well; thanks! But on both of them the recording of radio from dvb-t is
broken. Before I try rebuilding for myself in the new environment, can
I ask if you have anything in the pipeline?
Your existing builds were made only a few days after the commit that
created this problem, and a few days before another that is supposed to
have fixed it. I did rebuilds in the ATrpms environment after that, and
they needed new changes in the specfile as well, but then other - and I
think unrelated - problems cropped up.

I started some local test builds, which I like to do before building for
RPM Fusion, but haven't gotten a chance to install them on my F17 FE/BE
box. I'll see if I can get them done and get a little testing done this
weekend. If all goes well I'll kick-off builds for RPM Fusion.

If you're running F18 you may need to wait a bit but builds for all over
releases (including EL6) are done. Not sure when Nicolas will do a package
run but you can manually download them if you don't want to wait:

Keep in mind they're not signed yet.

Hi Richard: I've just FedUp-ed from F17 to F18 and thought I had seen a
post about a Myth rebuild - but find it was just mythweb. Any chance of
a new spin?
0.26.1 looks as if it might have fixed a few bugs that bite me, and
although it seems to be just a fairly arbitrary point in the evolution
of 0.26-fixes it would be good to see it, or something later, in the repo.

No problem with the upgrade, starting from a fully updated system with
all relevant repos enabled. Really very impressive, but the screen
display after the reboot into it was useless; only a static blue bar
while intense disk activity went on for around 90 minutes. Hitting
'escape' brought up the rolling upgrade log, but I only realised I could
do that after a long time watching nothing change and wondering about
infinite loops.
After the upgrade UPnP didn't work, but disabling the firewalld service
and re-enabling iptables seems to have fixed that. See post in myth-users.
The mouse is being a bit skittish too, but it was doing that before.
Finally, back to Richard. I would quite like to update the sl6 laptop
for testing before committing the F18 box. Please... :-)

Ok, I'm back in town so hopefully I can find some time to kick off a newer
build. I've been testing one at home for about a week so the question is,
should I push that one or go ahead and grab any new commits since then :)

Ok, I decided I would go ahead and push new builds of 0.26.1 for both
mythtv and mythweb... Doing local test builds first but should be available
in the next few days.
