RPM Fusion does indeed provides security updates, as well as bugfix and enhancement updates for all the supported Fedora and EL releases.

Thanks for the help, I was just curious since some distro's (e.g. Debian) don't provide security updates for their contrib and non-free repositories. And I couldn't find a policy on the website. Are there any packages exempt from security updates such as for example adobe flash?
