- Update to latest version.
- Update mythbackend systemd service file for better compatibilty with devices
  that take time to initialize due to firmware loading.
- Add dependency m2vrequantiser for mytharchive.
- Patched for building with gcc 4.7 (rawhide/Fedora 17).
