New livna packages automatically in rpmfusion ?

Hi,

I just added a package (xv) to livna, and was wondering if I needed to
do anything proactive to make sure it will be included (probably in
"nonfree, due to its shareware license) once rpmfusion goes live ?

This package is not in freshrpms or dribble, so there are no
collisions there. Just wondering who's court the ball is in w.r.t.
adding recent livna packages to rpmfusion...
