The current list contains only those packages that come from the old
repos. If you owned one of them then just add you username behind it if
you want to own it.

If you want to take over existing packages that have no owners yet then
just add you username if you are a sponsored Fedora contributer (which
you are Xavier).

But any new packages should go through a normal review via bugzilla,
just like in Fedora.
