This packages seems to want a binary provided from here:
http://code.google.com/p/amv-codec-tools/

There is a need to deactivate this from the pytube source code. No package
should download any binary from a foreign uncertified website. This file (if
needed) will have to be packaged separetely and provided within the
repositories.
Even, there is a need to have amv patches merged in ffmpeg (which seems also
required)
mencoder seems also used at runtime

use python-devel as a BR and desktop-file-utils (not as a Requires)

So should better patch the provided desktop file instead of re-using another
one from scratch (please send your patch upstream once .desktop file is
corrected).


Anyway, the source package isn't enought in a good shape to start a serious
review IMO.
