make new-sources fails

Hello.

I'm trying to update transcode in rpmfusion-devel to 1.0.6 but I'm
getting an error when trying to upload the new sources.

[david at localhost devel]$ make new-sources FILES=transcode-1.0.6.tar.bz2 

Checking : transcode-1.0.6.tar.bz2 on https://cvs.rpmfusion.org/repo/pkgs/upload.cgi...
Module 'transcode' does not exist!
make: *** [new-sources] Error 1
