Looks mostly (see below) good to me; but I'd be glad if one additional soul
could take a closer look at the package before we improve it. 

Note that the package should just work already if you do a 
 sed 's/#baseurl=/baseurl=/ ;s/mirrorlist=/#mirrorlist=/'
once you installed it.

One last thing: did you write that php script you mentioned in comment #2 (I
think you did and mentioned that you hve it ready it on IRC, but I'm not sure
anymore)? if yes, does it work with the same values in the url as Fedora's
mirror manager? If the answer yet again is yes then I'd say we go for
"mirrorlist=http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?[...]" (as you wanted
from the start; sorry for the trouble) and I try to get a host where your php
script can be installed to; then we can switch to mirrormanager later and don't
have to release a new rpmfusion-release rpm 

Note that I got a offer in private from someone that considers to set a
mirrormanager up for us. Not sure yet how long that might take.
