I've uploaded the mirrorlist.php file here:
http://downloads.diffingo.com/rpmfusion/mirrors/

It just needs to be renamed to "mirrorlist" on the server and configured to run
as PHP (iirc by default, unless it has a .php extension apache serves it as
text). The mirrorlist.txt and mirror.py are files I used to generate the php
script, but I don't think we'll be needing those - adding a mirror is as easy
as adding the root url (ie, without /free/fedora etc) to the $repo array.
