This new builder runs CentOS**5; the builders for Fedora use RHEL5 iirc, 
so I suppose we use the same yum as Fedora and that should be good enough.

But the mock from CentOS maybe is older then the one used in Fedora 
land. We could update that, but I'd prefer to not do that today.
