insufficient privileges for make build

Hi.

I just tried to fix the qmmp-plugins-freeworld ffmpeg includes 
issue (thanks knurd for posting the solution :-)) and I am 
getting this error:

$ make build
PLAGUE_CLIENT_CONFIG=/home/kavol/.plague-client-rpmfusion.cfg /usr/bin/plague-client 
build qmmp-plugins-freeworld qmmp-plugins-freeworld-0_2_0-5_fc8 
f8-free
Server returned an error: Insufficient privileges.


... I tried to get new certificate from  
https://fas.rpmfusion.org/accounts/user/gencert but it did not 
help - any other ideas?
