Might be clearer ?
Anyway, the summaries should not be identical.

maybe the package could even be:
rpmfusion-free-repo-config-smart
  {I'm not particularly pushing this}
or maybe use the package plural:
rpmfusion-free-packages-config-smart

architecture to adjust the config files to suit.
