how to build with rawhide dependencies?

The old problematic builder build64 reactivated itself accidentally 
yesterday and used a outdated rawhide snapshot, resulting in above problem.

I stopped the builder, disabled it completely and requeued the job; 
should not happen again. Sorry for the trouble.
