ffmpeg pkgconfig deps broken, it would appear

probably fallout from
1.  rpm auto req/prov'ing pkgconfig deps (f11+)
2.  the reintroduction of Requires.private deps, see also:

Rebuilding ffmpeg against the newer/fixed pkgconfig make things happy again.
