Did you create an account in the rpmfusion FAS yet, and did you apply for 
cvsextras membership?

Without those 2 the acl script can't generate the necessary ACL's

Also its always good to ask things like this on #rpmfusion @ freenode.net for a 
quick resolution.

No, and I don't believe thats planned. We're using old an Fedora style 
owner.list AFAIK.
