I take theses last comments as advices, but I won't follow them for now:
- Those conditionals are perfectly valid and work as needed, no matter of why
they would be needed in case we wouldn't expect.
- Most cat generated files could be tweaked from within the spec files and
furthermore merged upstream sooner or later.
I wouldn't take theses recommendation as a must, As they don't involve
readability (what really matter in readability are comments: # xdtv_v4l-conf 
stuff - inspired from xawtv, etc.)
If you really think theses recommendations are must items, please be more
rational.
