Trouble importing package

Do you have the two server keys and your key saved in this user's home 
folder ?

Are you using ./common/cvs-import.sh to import the approved .src.rpm ? 
what was the result with that ?

If that is OK, perhaps the error message is accurate and you need to 
request CVS admin {can be done in bugzilla in the review request}.
