Switching rpmfusion repos over for Fedora 10

I'm not actually sure if I got this right. I suppose you mean "enable 
the repos for F10 now so users of the Preview will stick to F10" (just 
like it works for fedora-release)? The repo files that exactly do that 
went out earlier today; many thx to adrian who adjusted mirrormanager to 
make this happen.
