Mirrormanager is ready:

Something like 

lynx "http://lisas.de/mirrorlist?repo=free-fedora-9&arch=ppc"

works now. At the end of this mail is a list of all repositories our
mirrormanager knows about. All these can be used as value for the repo
parameter in the link above.

An overview which mirrors are available gives the publiclist at:

https://lisas.de/mm/publiclist/

I would be happy to keep it running on my system, but it would probably
make sense that I run it in a virtual apache host pretending to be part of
rpmfusion.org. Something like:

http://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/mirrorlist?repo=free-fedora-9&arch=ppc

If somebody can add the necessary information to DNS it would be ready
for use.
