libcucul.so.0 removal - Need to rebuild mplayer, xine and vlc ( in progress).

Last Rawhide push issued an update of libcaca which removed the
libcucul.so.0 soname.
>From the upstream NEWS , that was expected:

 - libcucul was merged back into libcaca for more clarity

Thus, there is a need to rebuild mplayer xine and vlc.

btw any ETA on xine in Fedora ? (if doable ?)
