Sorry, I'm a bit busy with real life right now, hence I didn't find time to
take a closer look yet. But from a quick look there is one big missconception
in this package: you need to submit two source packages/spec files. One that
contains the userland stuff (e.g. the license) and one that contains only the
kmod. 

Take for example a closer look at rt2860:

Userland package

Kmod package:
