Note that this includes a version update to current {but old version}, 
with a .so bump. After reading various Fedora, suse, debian info on 
sonames etc, whether I have done the correct thing is not clear to me. 
So if you do take a look, make sure I didn't do something silly there.

I attached a diff from the orig dribble package, in case that makes it 
easier.

I planned to get nes*ntsc in first, since Andrea's package needs it, and 
learn what I can from the review before applying similar to the other 
*ntsc's.
