Wouldn't it make much more sense to just use the term "Fedora" here 
instead of dribble/rpmfusion? I mean, users most of the time don't care 
much where a package actually comes from; and I'd say if they look out 
for distribution specific docs then they'll likely look out for files 
with the term "Fedora" in them.

Note that lxdream is likely just one of the packages which uses 
README.{dribble,frehsrpms,livna} files.
