[Bug 40] rpmfusion-release - RPM Fusion Repository Configuration

I preffer dns round robin with a low ttl, if one machine goes down, 
simple remove it from dns.

config both machines in repo is not a good idea, because will eat 
bandwith from users with low speed internet
