They do that afaics:

$ repoquery --provides --obsoletes xine-lib-extras-freeworld | grep -e nonfree -e moles
xine-lib-extras-nonfree = 1.1.15-1.fc9
xine-lib-moles = 1.1.15-1.fc9
xine-lib-extras-nonfree < 1.1.12-2
xine-lib-moles < 1.1.12-2

$ grep -e ^Obsoletes -e ^Provides  xine-lib-extras-freeworld/devel/*.spec
Provides:       xine-lib-extras-nonfree = %{version}-%{release}
Obsoletes:      xine-lib-extras-nonfree < 1.1.15-2
Provides:       xine-lib-moles = %{version}-%{release}
Obsoletes:      xine-lib-moles < 1.1.12-2
