Summary: Video4Linux Stream Capture Viewer & Recorder

This package use ffmpeg internally because the needs of a patch on dvb support.
If ffmpeg is used shared, it will disable the dvb support.
Either shared or internal, ffmpeg is mandatory for this pacakge. thus it can
only go into rpmfusion free section.

%{_bindir}/xdtv_v4l-conf is setuid root, i don't know how can I fix this, if
not setuid root, the software will not work. Advices welcomed.
