Summary: mpg123 - distribute the package in the free repo
           Product: Package Reviews
           Version: Current
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: GNU/Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P5
         Component: Review Request
        AssignedTo: rpmfusion-package-review at rpmfusion.org
        ReportedBy: lubek at users.sourceforge.net
                CC: rpmfusion-package-review at rpmfusion.org
   Estimated Hours: 0.0

The project has been active for more than two years and it is currently
actively maintained.

The code is dual licensed under LGPLv2 and GPLv2.
It cannot be in Fedora due to the valid MPEG Layer X patents.

Resources for a potential packager:
http://www.lubek.name/test/mpg123-1.7.2-nolibltdl.patch
http://www.lubek.name/test/mpg123.spec

The spec file is completely new, designed just for RPMFusion.
This package requires the updated mpg321 package (see #497).

Although I have filled a bug in package reviews, I do not want to be a
packager.
The main reason was to speed up the process and offer a potential packager
something to start with instead of adding a record into the wish list.
