Hey,
I am not a sponsor, but I can give you some initial clues in spec.

1st.
Under %install
/bin/...
change with
%{_bindir}/...

You have .desktop file.
According Fedora Guidelines you must validate .desktop files
See

If your .desktop file contain mimeinfo check this:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/ScriptletSnippets#mimeinfo

and you have icon, so you must update icon cache, see:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/ScriptletSnippets#Icon_Cache
