Please reduce the remove line at %install stage :
rm -rf %{buildroot}%{_bindir} \
 etc \
 and so on

mock tested on rawhide-x86_64 and rpmbuild on x86_64 F-10 - Good

The xmms2 package is GPLv2+ while you are linking to a library which is not
compatible with the GPLv2+ license and thus, that would be a GPL violation if
the package got redistributed.

For the record, RPM Fusion doesn't allow non redistributable content.


Now what could be possible, is to redistribute the src.rpm only (no binaries
rpm) so end-users could rebuild their own plugins. But the resulting binaries
rpm would remain not redistributable.
